Format
Final Report
The final report should be turned in online here. Refer to the Deliverables section of the guidelines for guidance on how to structure the report. You may still link out to any raw data (e.g., field notes from CTA's or playtests, brainstorming documents, etc.) to back up your summary. In general don't assume I will know what you intended to convey from a linked document. If you have any questions about what to include or not let me know.
There is no limitation on the length of the write up. In general your Game Design Macro document should probably be ~5-10 pages long, while your Production Log should be as long as it needs to be to capture your project timeline. You do not need to write up everything in prose paragraphs if it is more appropriate to leave them as lists (e.g., ideation and playtesting notes might be better as lists of notes). In general, if I come across a list of notes of some kind there should at least be a brief description to tell me what it is a list of.
Final Game
You must turn in a final complete copy of your game to us. This game should be completely playable by us without one of your team members being present. A full copy of a game should be provided not just example digital assets. Tabletop game instructions should be clear enough to play without extra explanation. Digital games should work on other people's computers. If your game requires particular installation steps then include a set of instructions.
